Book Studio Time
Members of the Factory163 community can book time in a variety of shared spaces to explore and share skills and ideas. We are currently developing several work & play spaces with equipment available to members by the hour, day or week for personal, commercial or educational purposes.
South Gallery
Available for public & private events with a 200 person capacity, and including amenities for:
• Theatrical performance
• Concerts
• Art exhibits
• Film & video shoots
• Workshops & meetings
Day Studio
1000 sq ft daylighted studio, hardwood floor, historical brick and natural light ideal for photography and healing arts.
Production Shops & Warehouse
Space & equipment to make your ideas come to life including a woodshop, welding shop and ventilation hood.
Practice Rooms
Playing the drums in your basement to loud for the neighbors? Factory163 practice space is the place to get your groove on.
